It seems impossible to integrate Argentina, Chile, Bolivia and Paraguay into the same platform, but this was precisely the plan outlined for Bunge Cone Sul. Planning and budgeting was done using over 100 Excel spreadsheets, which were precariously integrated and had problems with links and inconsistencies between the data from one file to another. Totally integrated projections were needed to be sure of the consistency of the various types of information projected: Sales, Revenue, Taxes, Costs, Inventory, Expenses, Investments, Working capital, Balance sheet, Income and Cash flow
